We had a great first session back at club after Easter. 
The children played a variety of games but this session especially enjoyed the board games. We had managed to source a few more games from a car boot sale and the children loved them!
We also had a kickabout with the football and a go at some racquet skills. The children enjoyed this but quite quickly went back to the board games.
One of the children requested a story and we read a dinosaur books a few times which he really enjoyed. It gave him a change to recharge after the running around!
Some of the children wanted to sit down and have a chat about holidays that they have planned and we enjoyed sitting down in a circle while they told us about all the things they had planned. This turned into a game of charades which was very successful and enjoyable!
We are all looking forward to the remainder of the term.
